My journey began as a modern dancer in Trinidad and Tobago, learning early that truth lives in the body. It took me from the stage to boardrooms around the world, leading insights at Colgate-Palmolive, Netflix, and Twitter, where I translated human emotion into strategy. When I stood for my team and lost my job, my soul took flight. Now I help people and brands find their way back to themselves — clear-eyed, discerning, and alive.
