The arc of my work is about liberation of thought, truth, and self.

I was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, where music and movement were languages of freedom. Before business school and boardrooms, I was a professional modern dancer. That taught me how expression and empathy move together — a lesson that would later define my career.

In global insights leadership roles at Colgate, Netflix, and Twitter, I helped organizations see the people behind the data. My job was to translate human truth into business clarity — and to remind leaders that culture, emotion, and humanity belong at the table.

When I was fired for standing for my team, it clarified everything. The cost of integrity was freedom. My soul took flight — and I began the next chapter of my work: helping others find theirs.

Today, through Birds Uncaged, my speaking, my coaching, and my creative projects, I help people and brands remember who they are, realign with their truth, and express it with coherence, conviction, and humanity.

Inspire the individual, ignite the change.

Across all of these very different environments, one truth became clear: innovation is about people. My passion is helping leaders and teams see the powerful connection between the teams they build and the customers they serve, creating more resilient, creative, innovative, and human-centric organizations.
