My journey began as a professional modern dancer in Trinidad and Tobago, where I learned early on that truth lives in the body. That somatic awareness took me from the stage straight into the boardrooms of global giants. For over two decades, I led corporate consumer insights and brand strategy at Colgate-Palmolive, Twitter, and Netflix, translating messy human emotion into multi-million dollar business strategies.

But when I stood up for my team and lost my executive role, my soul took flight. I realized how many leaders are suffocating inside rigid corporate structures.

Today, as an executive coach based in Brooklyn, New York, I help purpose-driven professionals, senior executives, and founders break through their invisible barriers.
